Capital Estate Investments Limited Building Legacy Globally. Over one decade, Capitalsave Estates has created many residence across London and built a reputation as one of the most respected developer’s in the United Kingdom, UAE, West Africa and North America. Initially focusing on residential properties, Capitalsave Estates has constantly adapted to the economic and socio-geographical currents of the United Kingdom and UAE.

As London and Dubai has grown and changed, so has Capitalsave Estates and its portfolio. Most recently, the company became the first developer to unlock the potential of Dubai to private and public investors, constructing one of the city’s first luxurious communities - Capital Estates Dubai.

The project, developed in collaboration with Dubai Hill Estate, is a “city within a city” which includes luxury homes, apartments, offices, play ground, restaurants, retail and entertainment.

To date, Capital Estates Investments and its affiliates have completed more than $6 billion of real estate transactions. Capital Estates Investments is currently working on numerous projects throughout United Kingdom, UAE, West Africa and North America with several others on the horizon. Ben Ridgeway

Ben Rideway is a Director of Deals services and in charge of the Real Estate Advisory practice at Capitalsave Investment Partners. He has 12 years of advisory experience in the Real Estate and Hospitality & Leisure sectors, since he acquired a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge, UK.

His key areas of expertise include corporate finance, transaction advisory services and development consulting work.Ben carries hands-on experience in large real estate asset and portfolio transactions, providing buy-side or sell-side M&A work, deal structuring and due diligence services.

During the past few years, he was also extensively engaged in NPL transactions work in UK, providing comprehensive real estate collateral assessments and property monetisation strategies.

To reduce CO2 emissions in operation, The Distillery has been designed to achieve a 20% improvement upon Building Regulations. A 288m2 rooftop array of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels has been installed, and passive design measures have been incorporated to reduce cooling demand and help reduce future overheating. CIBSE TM54 energy analysis demonstrates that energy performance in use will be in line with the BBP Good Practice Benchmark for offices.

The Distillery also boasts features which promote the health and wellbeing of both its human occupants and wildlife, such as a green ‘living’ wall, trees, bug and bee hotels and aesthetically pleasing interior design. Natural ventilation and separate heating and cooling systems for each floor provide additional occupier comfort and support COVID-19 prevention.
