Christy Silvester

Partner, Financial Analyst

Christy Silvester joined CsIP in early 2020 and is a Partner and Financial Analyst based in New York. Before joining CsIP, she held the position of GIP Credit Partner at Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), overseeing credit investment strategies and managing key financial initiatives.

Prior to that, she served as Executive Director in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance group at Morgan Stanley, managing complex financing transactions. She also worked at Credit Suisse, gaining extensive insights into financial products and sectors, and began her career in DLJ’s Energy and Power Group.

Over her 17-year career before joining GIP, Ms. Silvester developed expertise in energy sector and leveraged finance, specializing in asset class management, loan structuring, credit evaluation, and transaction execution across various industries. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
