Kelly C. Elshafey joined CsIP in 2007. As a Partner, Secretary, and Legal Support Officer, she provides legal guidance and strategic support in complex legal matters.

Her expertise spans contract negotiations, residency investments, immigration investor programs, business corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.

In her role as Legal Support Officer, Kelly coordinates financial legal processes and ensures that all legal documentation is accurate and timely.

Prior to CsIP, Mrs. Kelly worked for the Japanese government in Kagoshima, Japan, and began her investment career in 1987 as a Pacific Basin investment manager with Shearson Lehman Global Asset Management.

She subsequently worked as a senior portfolio manager and equity analyst at Hill Samuel Investment Advisers Ltd. and became a secretary at Monza Capital Limited on November 15, 2007.

In February 2007, she joined Capitalsave Investment Partners' predecessor organization as a founding partner and now serves as the CIO of the firm’s international equity product Multi-Asset Project Manager.

Mrs. Kelly holds a BA from Oxford University, an MA in East Asian Studies from Stanford University, and is a CFA Charterholder, a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of the UK, and sits on the CFA UK’s Advisory Council.

She also graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, where she gained expertise in corporate finance law, governance, and regulatory compliance.
